Appointment Scheduling

            If you want to schedule a routine appointment, please contact our main office at 850-584-3287 or our pediatric office at 850-838-2121 during regular office hours from 8:00am to 5pm Mon-Fri.

Note: Appointments for blood draw are usually made in the morning 7:30-8:30am.

Our clinic is proud to offer an open-door policy. If you are sick and need attention, don't hesitate to call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We accept all sick patients. But please keep in mind that patients coming with an acute problem will be seen by the first available provider.

Our clinic offer Referrals to all types of specialties. Our front desk associates are more than happy to assist you in scheduling appointments  to be seen by specialists.

Please allow a few days for the referrals. If you don’t hear back from us or from the specialist office in about one week, please call our office.
