If
you have any questions about the bill you have received, our
billing staff is more than willing to discuss it with you.
We do
prefer that the responsible patient come in
person to discuss it. But, if that is difficult, we will discuss the bill on the phone with
responsible payor.
Please
don’t address billing issues with the providers themselves because
they will be unable to answer any billing questions.
Any bills
you receive from the hospital or any other
outside provider, should be addressed directly with them not with PMC.
